09-09-2027 | Glacier Gridlock Region 2 Rally

SAVE THE DATE!

BIG RIGS. BREATHTAKING VIEWS. ONE UNFORGETTABLE RALLY. Save the date for our gathering at Magnificent Glacier National Park. Arrive early to conquer whitewater waves and scenic trails, or join us right on time for group excursions and the unmatched camaraderie of the Newmar lifestyle. Here is a snapshot of what we have planned so far:

We’ll kick things off Thursday, September 9, with a catered Welcome Dinner.

Then we’ll cruise the iconic Going-to-the-Sun Road in a vintage 1930s Red “Jammer” Bus Friday. Our tour guide will handle the tight stone bridges and cliff edges so that you can look at the scenery instead of the center line. You’ll experience ancient forests, turquoise lakes, towering snow-capped peaks, sparkling waterfalls, alpine glaciers, and wildlife (along with a picnic lunch midway) during your alpine journey.

Glacier Game Day (Saturday) will include a little friendly competition and a themed lunch. Who will win the Vlach Award this year? Afternoon activities are currently being finalized and may include seminars, roundtables, and time to enjoy the resort.

On Sunday, you’ll travel by charter bus to the Many Glacier area, known as “America’s Little Switzerland.” Enjoy lunch at the lakeside Ptarmigan Dining Room inside the historic Many Glacier Hotel, then set sail aboard historic vessels across two stunning lakes where your guides will point out natural wonders such as the Salamander and Gem Glaciers. This section of the park is also known for bear and moose sightings!

Finally, the rally will close with a farewell breakfast Monday morning.

WEST GLACIER KOA RESORT

We selected this resort for its excellent amenities and prime location—just 3 miles from the West Entrance of Glacier National Park. On-site features include the Lazy Bear Cafe, Bearstream Bar, an espresso bar, Scoops Ice Cream Shop, an adults-only pool, and nightly musical entertainment.

We have secured 25 prime spots near the pavilion for our 4 rally nights. Please note that all attendees must be or become KOA Rewards members.

OPTIONAL PRE-RALLY DAYS

But wait, there’s more! We have optional PRE-RALLY excursions! You can bump your experience to 7 days of fun! This is more than a fantasy; it’s a Region 2 Rally!
