Hello from Missouri. We hope everyone is surviving the heat and has had a chance to travel some this summer.

Region Three put on a great rally in Branson this year in June. We saw the Shepherd of the Hills play and also attended Sight and Sound Theater’s presentation, Queen Esther. While the story has a great message, the actual production is AMAZING. The stage encompasses the audience on three sides and the theater is enormous. Regardless of the show they are doing, if you’re in Branson and want to be impressed, attend Sight and Sound.

Don’t forget, the International Rally is right here in our own Missouri back yard (Sedalia, Missouri) September 30 – October 7. A couple of weeks after the International Rally is over, the Missouri State Rally will be in Carthage, Missouri for the Maple Leaf Festival, October 18-22. On a final note, Barb & I are announcing our retirement as Missouri State Directors, effective December 31, 2023. We have served in this position for four years and feel it is now time to hand over the reins to another couple. We have enjoyed the experience and appreciate all the help we were provided by Larry & Patsy Wood. We would also like to thank all the members of the Mid-MO Wanderlusts for all their help hosting the Missouri State Rallies.
