Pennsylvania State Directors
Two weeks ago, we attended the West Penn Travelers Rally at Lake Erie with 22 other coaches. Ron & Debbie Leofsky and Tom & Sallie Watson did a great job of putting on a super rally. A big thank you to Steve & Joanne Wyble, our Region Seven Directors, and John & Diane Svatek, the New York State Directors for attending and offering their expertise. Everyone had a wonderful time.
A big thank you to Ansley RV for their financial support as well. They have always been very supportive of our rallies and have a great Newmar sales and service reputation, which our Klub members deeply appreciate.
Sue & I are looking forward to attending the Hudson Aires Rally in New York in August. We have been to two other rallies they have had and as always John & Diane always put on a great rally.
The Penn’s Friends Rally in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania in September still has a few openings. You can register online and call the campground direct. This rally is going to be filled with a lot of history with tours and different visits. Nancy and Susan have put a lot of time into this agenda, and we are looking forward to this rally as well. There are currently 20 coaches registered for this rally.
Then we have 15 coaches registered for the Pennsylvania State Directors Rally/Caravan heading from Gettysburg to the International Rally in Sedalia, Missouri. This will be a 7-day caravan with stops in Ohio, Illinois, and Missouri. Meals and activities in all three states. We are looking forward to a great time during this caravan with Tom Watson and Wayne Morris being the Co-Host/Wagon masters.
Speaking of the International Rally don’t forget the Caring & Sharing program. As always, we will be collecting new stuffed animals in gallon Ziplock bags for the 1st Responders and Police, dry goods, and canned foods as well as cash for the local Salvation Army and cleaning supplies, paper towels, and cat and kitten food along with cash for the Sedalia No Kill Animal Shelter! Let’s show Sedalia how much Newmar Kountry Klub cares about the local community!
