New York Hudson Aires – President and Secretary (outgoing)

Five Hudson Aires couples joined five Lakers to represent New York State at the International rally in Sedalia, Missouri. Three were attending their first-ever rally and were welcomed as first-timers with recognition at opening and closing ceremonies, and a meeting for all first timers to get together with their fellow region and state attendees. It was a memorable rally which sets the stage to travel to Pueblo, Colorado next July. We’ll be encouraging chapter members to make plans to attend. An international rally is definitely something to experience!

The Hudson Aires will hold a chapter rally at the Copake Camping Resort in Copake, New York, October 4-7, (Sunday-Monday). The Rhinebeck Aerodrome will be one of our featured activities. There is much to do in the area, from hiking in nearby state parks, biking the rail trail, visiting Hyde Park’s Vanderbilt and Roosevelt estates, to a firefighting museum in Hudson, New York. Veterans and first responders will receive a generous discount at the campground. Go to the Newmar Kountry Klub Calendar on the website to register for the rally and get further details.
