New England Aires Chapter – Presidents

Many of you will likely have been to several NKK rallies and traveled the country by the time you read this article. We hope that your travels have gone well, and you now have a lot of new memories and pictures.

We just spent almost a month at the Newmar “mothership” getting some maintenance done on the coach and having a very difficult electrical problem straightened out. In the end, it turned out to be a faulty GFI and stove top causing a high frequency which damaged some other components. Thankfully, we have an extended warranty for just these sorts of things.

While we were there, we had the pleasure to meet Casey Tubman, the Newmar president. Casey was so kind as to spend 30 minutes with us in our London Aire as we shared some feedback about our wonderful service experience and how great that team is, as well as some other thoughts about the product and Company. If you have a chance to meet Casey, please do, as he is very interested in your customer experience and ideas.

Also, we were able to get a service center appointment within a 3-week timeframe. In talking with Casey, they are working to significantly reduce the wait time for a service center appointment. Stay tuned!

As this is written we look forward to seeing many of our friends and making new friends at the International Rally. We are busy working on 2024 New England Aires’ rallies, so stay tuned!
