Well, here it is April already and Barbara & I are heading back home to New Jersey as this is written. After being gone for almost four months touring the Gulf and East Coast, we can’t wait to see our children and grandchildren. We are so blessed to have such a wonderful family, especially when our oldest grandson had to write a 5-paragraph essay-topic of his choosing. The topic he chose was “Who inspires You”. He decided to pick us based on our travels and the places we have taken him. We couldn’t be more proud.

We are not sure if everyone has heard the news that Barbara & I are now the State Directors for the states of Maryland, Delaware, and DC along with New Jersey. This group will now be called the “Mid-Atlantic States.” I am sure that with the enthusiasm of those in these states and with our leadership, guidance and support new club chapters will be created.

We hope that everyone who traveled south for the winter had a safe and happy snowbird season, and that all were safe heading back home through the weather challenges that nature provided this spring.
