Another Newmar International Rally is history. This was the first International Rally Wanda and I have missed since 2015.

As most of you know I was diagnosed with Neuroendocrine cancer last November. Here in our hometown, none of the medical professionals are familiar with this type of cancer. We traveled to Mayo in Rochester, Minnesota in July. It was confirmed that I am asymptomatic. I do not have any of the symptoms of this disease. Yet it is in my liver, lungs and back. Doctors at Mayo suggested we try Moffitt Cancer Center in Tampa because of its proximity to home. It was there that we found doctors that knew about this cancer and were willing to treat me. The timing of these treatments is why we did not attend the Sedalia rally. We will be at the Region Five Rally in North Carolina.

We could never say enough about our great team of volunteers for taking over and completing the assignments that had been given Region Five. We are so blessed in the Newmar Kountry Klub to have people ready to work, making this the best RV Klub around.

In closing we want to thank Ron & Wanda Llewellyn for the many years of service to this organization and for their leadership since 2020. These two have really had difficult times while at the helm dealing with COVID, the transition of Newmar Corp into a public company, and the economy.
