As I write this article, in a few days we will celebrate the birth of our great nation. I can’t help but wonder if our nation’s fathers would have ever believed where we are today.

The Declaration of Independence in the first paragraph speaks of “the laws of Nature and of Nature’s God entitle them”; yet people celebrating their way of life antagonized another for reading his Holy Bible to the point of ripping it from his hand and tearing it apart. I do not believe the founders of our Nation intended this to take place. This questions, where are we heading as a people?

Wanda & I leave July 3 on a venture for answers. I have appointments at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota in mid-July. I concluded that my Oncologist, here in Savannah, really does not know what treatments I need to fight this Neuroendocrine Cancer. I thank God every day because I feel so good, but I know there is a disease inside of my body that needs to be addressed so that life can continue for many more years.

Preparations for the International Rally and the Region Five Rally are well on the way, and we look forward to seeing each of you soon.
