Greetings to all! We are now home and enjoying family and friends for the summer. We had a great time traveling back to “The Region” from our Ft. Myers RV Resort. We especially enjoyed our visit with our son and family in Michigan. Our newest baby, a granddaughter was a joy to meet, and her big sister is so much fun and loves her baby sister.
Our last writing we mentioned the Leaving Florida Pelicans Rally at Upriver RV Resort. It was a great success with 12 coaches attending, and a total of 37 Pelicans and Buddies. We enjoyed eating at some great local restaurants, having Senor Pepe’s whip up his famous Paella on site and playing games in the late afternoons.

Unfortunately, Mary & I are unable to attend the International Rally in Pueblo, Colorado due to summer commitments. We have numerous Florida Pelicans planning to attend. Sounds like a full schedule so please enjoy it.
August begins our travel season. First to Michigan to see those granddaughters again, then to Newmar in Nappanee for our maintenance and on to Colorado. This is our first time traveling to the “The Centennial State”. Looking forward to it. We then attend the Region 5 Rally at the Coastal Georgia RV Resort in Brunswick, Georgia in late October. Always a lot of fun at the Region 5 rallies. We will continue our trip to attend our Florida Pelicans Welcome Back Rally in the Keys at Sun Outdoors Islamorada, in early November. Final stop is Upriver RV Resort in North Ft. Myers.
Don’t forget to sign up for our annual Holiday Gathering on December 5th at the Audubon Country Club, Naples, Florida and finally, register for those Pelicans monthly luncheons in SW Florida. Watch the NKK Calendar for both events and lunch locations at some of SW Florida’s favorite restaurants.
