Evan & Debbie Hughes – Members-At-Large
As we begin our next term as Members At Large we are looking back at what has brought us to this point and what our roll is as MAL.
What attracted us to the Klub and what keeps us involved in the Klub are the members, the friendships and relationships we build through the Klub. We have met many amazing people from all walks of life. All have different experiences and skills they bring and share with their fellow members. Six years ago, we chose to put our hats in the ring, as they say, for the MAL position because we enjoy meeting people, talking with them and hearing their ideas and suggestions, and we believed we could make a difference for the Klub. Over the past six years we have had the privilege of sharing those ideas with the Board of Directors.
One thing that we have discovered is that we each have a view of what we see the Klub to be. We are always interested in getting different prospectives and sharing those to help improve the Klub and the direction the Klub heads. The Klub is constantly changing and evolving. We hope that the suggestions and input we receive from you, the members, help to direct those changes.
We believe we have been successful in many ways opening the door to your ideas. We also believe we could receive even more. We would again like to put out the invitation to you as members to share with us your thoughts, concerns, suggestions and solutions about where the Klub is headed. We truly want to know what the Klub can do to make your experience better.
To accomplish this, we extend the invitation for you to contact us. If you see us at a rally, we are always available to listen to your thoughts.
