If you are planning to lead a caravan group of four or more units to the 2024 International Rally, please read and follow the important procedures below.
This year in Pueblo, Colorado we will have three levels of parking: 50 amp full hookup, 50 amp with water and 30 amp with water. Reservations will be filled on a first registered basis. As we are limited in the number of sites per parking level, we cannot guarantee everyone on your list will be in the requested level.
The caravan leader must email the Klub office kountryklub@newmarcorp.com by Monday, January 29 the complete list of members in their caravan, including the name, Klub number, desired level of parking, and the date they will all register online. Once we begin processing the reservations the group cannot be added to. Depending on the level of parking, if we already have members registered and are on our standby list, we will use our list to fill openings. If not, we will contact you to see if you have anyone to fill the opening.
Please be sure the caravan attendees all register for the same level of parking and date of arrival. Basic rally fee includes Saturday, July 27 arrival and departure on Saturday, August 3. You will have the option to register for early arrival in your permanent parking location on Friday, July 26. They should also add the caravan group name/leader to the comment section so we can manually match the group together.
The caravan will not be considered complete and ready to process until all caravan reservations are received. We will hold all reservations if we have to contact a member with incomplete information.
We will once again be offering separate boondocking one night prior to your scheduled arrival date. If the caravan group is planning to boondock, be sure everyone indicates that on the rally reservation form.
Registration will begin on our website Monday, February 5 at 8:00 am eastern time. On that date simply go to newmarkountryklub.com click on Klub Calendar and then 2024 International Rally. By late January we will have complete details and pricing on the event added to the website listing.
