Occasionally we get calls or emails from our newer members asking how to register for an upcoming special event or a local event. Below is an excerpt from an article in the current Legacy magazine on this subject.
SPECIAL EVENT REGISTRATONS
All special event reservations are to be done through the Klub’s website. Each event will have a designated reservation opening date and time.
It is easy to get registered. Click on Klub Calendar. This will give you a drop-down box list of the upcoming special events. Click on the event you are registering for, complete the form, add your credit card information, and hit submit. Yes – it’s that simple!
After the reservation is submitted you will receive an automated confirmation by email and a separate email payment receipt. Sometimes these may go to your junk/spam folder, so please check there if not found in your inbox.
Once an event is sold out, we will begin a standby list to fill any emergency cancellations. To be added to standby either email us at kountryklub@newmarcorp.com or give us a call 877-639-5582. We will need your name, Klub number and contact information to get you added in.

CHAPTER, STATE/PROVINCIAL OR REGIONAL RALLIES
These events are also to be registered for through the website. Once on the Klub Calendar menu option click on ALL EVENTS in the drop-down menu. This will give you all events listed in date order. To narrow down your search you can enter the chapter name or state in which the event will be held under the Keyword Search or you can click on the type of event under Search By Category.
Once you see the event you are interested in click on it, and you’ll see all the details including who to mail the check to for the rally fee. Fill out the form to register for the event. Some events will have noted that you need to make your own reservations at the campground. If so, you will need to both register online and with the campground to have your reservation complete.
