Carl Webber, from the Carolinas, is now in charge of getting everyone parked and powered up. He has arranged for the Pelicans to park in the same U-shaped loop as we have in previous years. We have reserved the Newmar/North Trail Tent for Thursday, January 18 at 5:00 pm. Your Florida Pelicans Klub will be hosting the “4th Annual Rib Fest” that evening in the tent. It will include Barbeque Ribs & Pulled Chicken. Members are asked to compliment the meal as follows: If your last name ends with A – K bring a Side Dish. If your name starts with L – Z please bring a Dessert to share. Doing this provides for such a great variety of dishes to choose from. Place setting will be provided, but you’ll need to bring your own chair and non-alcoholic beverage.

Please plan on having your dish at the table by 5:30 pm as that is when the ribs will arrive.

Non-Pelicans are welcome to attend. However, there will be a nominal fee for the meal. The fee will be determined later (approximately $12 – $15) as we don’t have a final number from our caterer. It will be collected as you arrive at the tent. We had 87 folks in attendance last year.

During the week the group can gather nightly at our loop for social time. We can also at that time determine which favorite restaurant we want to invade again.

The days are yours to shop for the next Newmar or find new things to load down your present coach.
