Activities

Among the activities that have been scheduled so far –

• Western themed night: We will enjoy dinner from the chuck wagon. Then, Tony Lundervold and his band will entertain us with live country music at the pavilion (just steps from our beautiful coaches).
• A college football tailgate themed party, including games, prizes and interactive activities, will be held at the clubhouse.
• Seven Feathers’ Fall Classic Rodeo, including all the elements enjoyed at a typical rodeo with a small town feel: This should be a hoot and give us all a chance to pull out and don our cowboy and cowgirl duds. Yee Haw!

Meals

You will be provided with –

• three catered dinners
• one potluck meal (with the main protein provided)
• four continental breakfasts
• s’mores fixin’s by the campfire
• other treats/snacks throughout the rally

RV Resort

• All sites at Seven Feathers RV Resort (which is included in Newmar’s RV Resorts Guide) feature level, concrete pads and full hookups (50 amp).
• This venue is nestled in a picturesque canyon with a lovely, parklike setting.
• Access is smooth and easy (via well maintained pavement).

• Seven Feathers is holding the following 41 sites for our group: 74-89, 99-104, 106, 108-115, 123-132
• To reserve a site, please complete the 7 Feathers Reservation Form that the Oregon Directors will email to you after you register for the rally. Seven Feathers requires this process, and has asked that you not contact them regarding your site assignment.
• Mail the completed 7 Feather Reservation Form, along with your rally fee, within 30 days of making your reservation or early enough to arrive by August 14 (whichever date comes first).
• Note that the NKK Cancellation Policy for State Rallies (printed toward the back of all editions of the Klub magazine) will apply to cancellations. Because some rally expenses that we prepay are nonrefundable, regardless of the reason for the cancellation, we have to enforce this policy in order to avoid passing the expense on to other Klub members.

Site Pricing for Early Arrival and/or Late Departure

• The site fee for your first night has been included in your rally fee. When you arrive at Seven Feathers, please stop to check in at the office and pay $210 for the remaining 3 nights (3 x $70 = $210 due).
• If you indicated that you will be arriving up to 3 days early or staying up to 3 days late on your 7 Feathers Reservation Form, you will pay for those nights at check-in also. [Extra Night Rate with no discount: $94; Rate with either a discount club membership (Good Sam, AAA, AARP, FMCA, or Veteran) or 7 Feathers Players Club: $84.60; Rate with a discount club membership and 7 Feathers Players Club: $76.14]
