Merry Christmas and Happy New Year from California Golden Bears. I hope your holiday season brings very merry cheer and good health to all. Here in the Central Valley, we are anticipating another beautiful winter.

Our 2023 California Golden Bears Rally was another success. We experienced cool weather and beautiful coastal scenery. The experience at the UC Davis Marine Lab was amazing. Thank you, Mike Gross, for arranging our tours. Once again, we were entertained by Keep On Truckin’ and a new venue of entertainment by Paul Hayward. Their music was fantastic! Members showed their creative side by decorating Christmas tree ornaments. Everyone left with new additions to their holiday cheer. Halloween was a new experience for those who decided to express their alter ego. The costumes were impressive. I also want thank Lee & Kim Burkhouse for all their hard work in making the 2023 rally a success.

We are currently working on the 2024 California Golden Bears Rally. I will have updates by the time you receive the next Legacy with details of location, activities and much more. I look forward to seeing even more members at the next rally.
