Steve & Cara Sue Kraus – Kentucky State Directors

With the year winding down and the rally season coming to an end, soon cold weather will be on the horizon for many of us. We hope everyone had a good year meeting new NKK members and getting to see old friends. It is time to think about the trip down south for the colder months to come, hoping to miss the white stuff that is sure to fall this winter. It will also be time to celebrate Thanksgiving with our families and give thanks for the many blessings we have.

The Kentucky Chapter Rally was fun for all that attended Red River Gorge. Got to visit, “The Gorge,” which is what it is referred to by many who visit it on a regular basis. When driving there, you got to see the rolling hills of Kentucky that blend into the western side of the Appalachian Mountain Range. It was nice to see the beauty of the mountains and hike in the woods. Everyone enjoyed the friendship around the campfire and hearing travel stories.
