Weather has been cooperating here in the northeast as of this writing and we’ve already attended three rallies. There’s more still to come so, check the NKK website to see what’s available in the region.

You probably know by now the there’s going to be a short story and this time is no different. Not so long ago while attending an international rally and while being parked (You’re all familiar with parking day I’m sure), well it turns out I couldn’t get the coach level no matter how hard I tried. Christine was adamant that we move to another spot but, we were on the end, and it was “parking day”. She won and asked the more than helpful parking volunteer to move us and so, we ended up in the middle of a row further back and away but, I was okay with that.

Turns out we’re parked next to Dave & Shirley Seich who had rented a golf cart and they offered us rides to the rally. We became good friends and have been to many rallies together since including the Florida Keys rally. They’re from Pennsylvania and in our region. They’re attending our rally next month at Normandy Farms in Massachusetts. Sometimes something as crazy as a bad parking spot turns out to be a great move.

The stories don’t stop there but it’s time to do some planning for next year so, check the NKK website and Region 7 New England.  We have lots going on including our rally at Normandy Farms this September.  Check with us to see if there is availability.  It’s closed on the NKK website so, please contact us and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
