Autumn colors in Utah are amazing. The welcomed cooler evenings are slipping in. We are looking forward to a beautiful Autumn in Kanab, which is its best time of the year! Our Utah Pathfinder Rally is October 17- 21. If you haven’t made your reservations yet you may still have time, be sure to call Grand Plateau, 435-253-7607, in Kanab, Utah to hold your reservation. Be sure to tell them you are with the “Newmar Utah Pathfinders.” Don’t forget to sign in and register on the NKK disclaimer at the bottom of event on the NKK website. The rally fee this year is $200. You will be served, 3 dinners, 1 lunch, 2 breakfasts and 2 continental breakfasts.
We are going to be offering three main adventures. Friday we will be visiting “The First Best Friends Wild Animal Sanctuary” in Kanab, Utah. We will take a tour on guide driven tour buses and have lunch overlooking the incredible Angels Canyon. Saturday we will be offering an off-roading Jeep adventure with one of the best Jeep tour guides in Utah. We will enjoy some of the most incredible off-roading sights you can imagine. The third adventure option is the guided boat ride from Lake Powell’s Wahweap Bay to Antelope Point Marina near “The Rainbow Bridge National Monument.” The boat tour takes 5 hrs. round trip. It is an easy walk (1.25 miles) to view the Rainbow Bridge. Viewing the Rainbow Bridge is one of the most incredible spiritual wonders of the world. The informative guided boat tour from Wahweap Bay is not included in the rally fee. Please book your reservation ahead.
There is something for everyone. The hiking and biking trails in the Kanab area are guaranteed to be jaw dropping. More specific details with be coming to those who have signed up, don’t be left out! This year’s Utah Pathfinder Rally is guaranteed to be a “Dog-Gone good time!”
