Come join us for 5 days / 4 nights at the beautiful Winchester Bay RV Resort overlooking the Salmon Harbor Marina.

We will be providing you with 4 (four) continental breakfasts and 3 (three) meals along with games and other fun activities.

We are working on a tour of the Umpqua Lighthouse and museum. The lighthouse towers over the beach where the Umpqua River empties into the Pacific Ocean. The walking tour is full of enriching stories about working at the lighthouse and also provides an opportunity to get a closeup view of the lantern glass prisms.

We will also be touring Shore Acres State Park, which was once the estate of timber baron, Louis J. Simpson. It features a formal garden, inspired by the original from 1910, with plants and flowers from all over the world. During our visit, the rhododendrons should be in full bloom. Area trails nearby lead you to a secluded ocean cove at Simpson Beach, another skirts the cliff’s edge offering spectacular views of rugged seascapes, furious storm waves and migrating whales.

There will also be a free day to explore the coast and the surrounding areas. You could take a walk on the beach, stroll around the marina, or hike around Lake Marie. You can also visit the local towns of Winchester Bay, Reedsport, Florence, North Bend or Coos Bay.

The RV site cost will be separate from your rally fee, giving you the opportunity to come a few days earlier or stay a few days later. Our special 25% discount for the first 3 nights, will only be honored if you book directly with the office. We are limiting this rally to 20 coaches and know that sites will go quickly. Note: Cancellation Policy for Region, State/ Provincial, Chapter and Fulltimer’s Rallies

Due to the large number of late cancellations, the Kountry Klub has experienced significant financial losses from non-refundable commitments made during the planning stages. A new “Cancellation Policy” is being implemented.

• An administrative fee of $10/person will be charged. This fee will cover costs associated with processing your rally registration and will be included in the rally fees as advertised.
• Members who register for a rally and then:

1. For whatever reason, cancel a minimum of 35 days prior to the start of the rally will receive a full refund, less the administrative fee of $10/person.
2. Cancel 34 to 8 days prior to the start of a rally will be charged for any non-refundable commitments made on your behalf in addition to the $10/person fee.
3. Cancel 7 or less days prior to the start of a rally will receive No Refund on any portion of the rally fee paid.

• Members who register for a rally and do not advise the Hosts that they will not be attending will receive No Refund.
• All refunds will be made at the conclusion of the rally.

PLEASE NOTE: Planning any rally requires long-term organization. Many service providers require non-refundable financial commitments. Because these deposits and financial commitments are often made well in advance of any rally, this policy becomes a necessity.
