We hope you are making plans to join us for the 2nd annual Kentucky Derby Festival Rally being held May 13-17, 2026 at Bourbon Springs RV Resort in Elizabethtown, KY. We have an exciting “Kentucky Bourbon Trail” themed rally planned and hope you will make plans to attend.

Please note: we have made special arrangements for you to personally hand dip your own take home souvenir bottle of Makers Mark into the iconic Makers Mark red wax. See Thursday’s agenda below.

Due to the popularity of the 2025 rally, we fully expect the 2026 rally to fill up quickly. Bourbon Springs RV Resort will honor the following prices for the entire week of the rally, so come a few days early or stay a few days afterwards. We have 40 pull through campsites: $76.50/night, and 40 back in campsites for $67.50/night. You DO NOT need to call Bourbon Springs to make reservations.

Your form will automatically be submitted upon completion, and you will receive a confirmation copy by email.   For those of you with pets, we have made provisions for dog walking services. Pet services order information is listed on the form. Please note the form will also allow you to request to be with or near your friends.

We have a maximum number of 150 people or 80  coaches for the 2026 rally. Once we have reached capacity,  we will start a waiting list. We will update our registrants via email and/or Facebook posts as our rally date draws near.

Please note: if there is a need to cancel reservations once your rally fee has been paid, we can only refund the difference between the rally fee and expenses paid out at that time.

*S’mores around the campfire with Spartan Chassis executives

*Ice cream Social

*Farewell Dinner

*Farewell Party with live entertainment

Tuesday, May 12 (early arrivals)

Choose from a list of ala carte’ trips to distilleries and/or other key destinations

Group dinner at “Socials on Main” a food court venue with a mix of popular menu options Gather at the Bourbon Springs Fire pit and patio. Bring a chair, and play games

 

Wednesday, May 13 (arrivals)

5pm Welcome dinner

7-9 Kick off Party: DJ- dance the night away with friends and your favorite tunes

 

Thursday, May 14

Tour Makers Mark Distillery, Loretto, KY (dip your souvenir bottle in red wax)

Tour and lunch at My Old Kentucky Home, Bardstown, KY.

Tour Heaven Hill Distillery, Bardstown, KY (featuring: Elijah Craig, Larceny & Evan Williams)

6pm Bourbon Springs Patio and Fire Pit- (S’more Time with Spartan Chassis executives)

 

Friday, May 15

9-6pm Visit Churchill Downs (professional photographer under contract)

Tour Kentucky Derby Museum

Horse racing- multiple races

Chef’s Table buffet lunch on the famed Millionaire’s Row (4th floor)

6pm Bourbon Springs Patio and Fire Pit (S’more Time with Spartan Chassis executives)

 

Saturday, May 16

Free day: choose from a list of ala carte’ trips to distilleries and other key destinations

5pm Farewell Dinner, ice cream social
