2025 39th Annual International Rally
39th International Rally June 7 – 14, 2025 Lewisburg, West Virginia
Rally dates will be Saturday, June 7 arrival, through departure on Saturday morning, June 14. As in the past, you will have the opportunity of arriving one day early on Friday, June 6. We will also have boondocking available one day prior to your scheduled arrival date.
We will be located at the West Virginia State Fairgrounds, in Lewisburg, West Virginia. Several years ago, Lewisburg was voted as one of the coolest small towns in the US, and it lives up to that reputation. This is in a beautiful area of the state, with many historic houses in a quaint small town setting.
NOTE: WE WILL NOT BE DOING THE LOTTERY STYLE REGISTRATION FOR THE INTERNATIONAL RALLY! RESERVATIONS WILL OPEN AT NOON EASTERN TIME ON MONDAY, FEBRUARY 10. THERE WILL BE LIMITED 50 AND 30 AMP FULL HOOKUP SITES AVAILABLE.
Some highlights of the Rally:
- We will have two levels of parking 50 amp or 30 amp full hookups.
- Camp Freightliner and Spartan Academy two-day classes will be offered in conjunction with the rally for our members in attendance. These classes must be pre-registered direct with the chassis companies after registering for the rally (reservations will open in later February or March).
- 2026 new model year unit display by sponsoring dealer.
- We will have many of the Newmar Suppliers in attendance as well as Newmar’s own Service Techs offering work done on your units.
- The Parts Dept will have a store set up offering some of the most popular items for sale.
- We will have a variety of vendors in attendance.
- Scheduled will be 4-5 days of seminars presented by the suppliers, vendors, various Newmar personnel/departments, Klub member led, lifestyle related, and local seminars of interest.
- We will have a Klub Store set up offering a large variety of quality NKK logoed merchandise and accessories for sale.
- Optional boondocking one night before your scheduled arrival (no power or services), overnight in our staging area/cost $10 cash upon arrival
- Plus More!!
A few things we did have noted from the last rally held there in 2021 are as follows: The utilities will most likely require additional electric cords, water hoses and sewer connections. City water will be available to all coaches. Most water hookups are shared and NOT designated for only one unit. Remember to bring an extra water hose and “Y” so you can take water on as needed. With the “rolling hills” of West Virginia some sites may need blocking material to level your unit on the site.

This 90-minute walking tour has been featured on NBC, Fox, ABC, Discovery, History Channel, as well as many top publications throughout the world. No cameras, electronic equipment, cell phones, backpacks, totes, purses, or any item of concealment are allowed.
Enjoy your lunch overlooking the manicured fairways of The Greenbrier at Sam Snead’s restaurant. Following lunch, enjoy a guided tour of The Greenbrier grounds. You’ll be able to view the 12,000 square foot timber frame Greenbrier Chapel, splendid with its stained glass windows, ornate crystal chandeliers, striking white clapboard siding, and stately colonial steeple.

Enjoy at your own pace, this self-guided tour of this natural beauty beneath the Greenbrier Valley. Lost World Caverns is a magical place of stalactites and stalagmites. The tour takes about 1 hour to walk the half mile trail through the cavern. Placards along the path explain the many different formations you’ll see along the way. No matter what the temperature is outside, the cave is a constant 52 degrees, so dress accordingly. There are a total of 350 stairs throughout the cavern tour, so please take this into account if you have underlying conditions which may affect your experience. Closer to the International, you will receive directions to the rendezvous point.

#3 UPPER NEW RIVER RAFTING ADVENTURE
Date: SAT, JUNE 7 full day adventure (estimated 8 hours)
self transportation
check – in time is TBD 50 person max
Enjoy a day of sightseeing and water on this “mellow” river adventure suitable for ages 12 and up. You can choose to enjoy the calm end of the river with other Newmar friends in a 16 ft. custom-built raft or experience your independence in a lightweight one or two person duckie (not to worry, a guide will help show you the way). (High water levels may not permit the use of duckies, so everyone would be in a raft if that happened.) After working up an appetite, you’ll enjoy a break for a riverside lunch prepared for you by your guides. You’ll be able to get in the river, swim, jump off “jump rock”, or just enjoy the scenery from the shore. The adventure will cover 8-13 miles of the Class I-III Upper New River Gorge. Closer to the International, you will receive directions to the rendezvous point.
Price per person $190.00 per person includes admission fees, lunch & taxes. Gratuities are not included in the cost of this adventure.
#4 Lower New River Rafting Adventure

This rafting adventure is not for the faint of heart. After check in, you’ll be outfitted with your helmet, paddle, and personal flotation device. Your adventure will begin with the “calmer” rapids with a break for a riverside lunch before continuing downstream. Then you’ll experience “wild” rapids like Keeney’s, Double Z, and Fayette Stations on the renown Lower New River. The adventure will cover 8-13 miles of the Class I-IV+ rapids of the Lower New River Gorge. The Lower New River is known as a drop-pool river, where you’ll experience flat water after the rapids, providing you swimming opportunities or plunging off a jump rock. The trip will end underneath the magnificent New River Gorge Bridge, the perfect end to some of the East Coast’s best whitewater rafting. Closer to the International, you will receive directions to the rendezvous point.
Price per person $160.00 per person includes admission fees, lunch & taxes. Gratuities are not included in the cost of this adventure.

Following the exhilarating zipline adventure, you’ll enjoy a deli-style lunch as you head out to spend the second half of your day rafting the Lower New River. The adventure will cover 8-13 miles of the Class I-IV+ rapids of the Lower New River Gorge. This half of your adventure is an abbreviated version of the full day Lower New River Rafting Adventure. To be eligible to sign up for this adventure, you should not have any underlying health issues and your fully clothed weight must be no less than 70 pounds and no greater than 250 pounds.
