IT’S COMING SOON and we are getting everything ready right now! The camp sites have been reserved, some exciting tours have been booked and we promise the food will make this a 10-pound rally! If you haven’t registered for the Missouri State Rally in September, you’d better do so today so you won’t miss out on any of the fun. It’s 4 nights at the Basswood Resort in Platte City, September 11-15. You can register on the NKK website. We’ll be waiting for your info to come our way!
- Arrive, set-up and relax with a light dinner and some easy live entertainment.
- Tour Arrowhead Stadium, home of the Kansas City Chiefs and dine on some BBQ.
- Find out how they make marbles, enjoy an authentic Italian dinner and sit around the campfire.
- Catch a flying pancake in the morning and a flipping burger in the evening!
- Games, prizes, shopping and time on your own will all be part of this rally!
- AND to add to our fun, the campground’s themed weekend is – Carnival Time!
- Depart after enjoying a full breakfast and making plans for your next rally with friends.
AND following our state rally will be the Mid-MO Wanderlust chapter rally in Carthage on October 16-20th. Just in time to enjoy the fall colors and the Maple Leaf Festival. Once again, the most difficult task in planning any rally is already done – the sites have already been reserved at the Coachlight RV Park. We would love some volunteers to help plan an event or some entertainment or suggest some food options for all of us to enjoy. If you would be willing to plan one thing for this rally, give us a call – we are just getting the plans underway and would welcome some input from our members. We will also have our annual business meeting at this rally.
