The past several months has been enjoyable and productive for Mary & me.  We were having fun at the Mid-South Tri-State Rally until Hurricane Francine cut the rally short and rising water ran us off.  So, we headed to Georgia Mountain RV Resort in Lake Guntersville, Alabama for our Joint Alabama Dixie Aires/Georgia Peach State Krackers Rally.  Wayne & Carole were our co-hosts, and we all had a lot of fun, especial at the local winery and the final cookout with a cornhole and ax throwing tournament.  Finally, we attended the Region 5 Rally where we served as team lead for the cornhole tournament.  It was a very enjoyable event.

 

Between rallies, I visited Bankston Motor Homes in Huntsville, Alabama.  For many years, Bankston has been a leading RV dealer in the Northern Alabama/Southern Tennessee area.  Bankston recently became a Newmar dealer.  They are energized to be offering the Newmar line-up to their customers and sales are going well.  I met with the founder of the company, Mr. Bankston and his Vice President, Colin Baerlin.  They were very interested in the Kountry Klub and realized the benefits of an ongoing relationship with the Klub.  To that end, Bankston Motor Homes is going to purchase the first year membership in the NKK, including the Legacy subscription, for anyone that purchases a Newmar at any one of their three locations.  Bankston also donated a very nice package of door prizes and Mr. B and Colin came to our Joint Rally and brought two new show coaches with them.   I am sure they are going to be excellent partners with the NKK.
