The travel season and the summer are both coming to an end. Chris & I have spent most of the time in the upper Midwest visiting friends and family in Wisconsin and Minnesota. We’ve also had the chance to visit with other Sea Turtles and Newmarians as we enjoyed the cool and wet summer.

Plans for the 2024-25 Sea Turtle rallies are moving forward with the November rally being hosted by our vice president, Roy & Bobbi Craft and our Secretary, Dawn & Dan Karwath. We will gather in Dade City, Florida at the Travelers Rest RV Resort and Golf Course Thursday,

October 31-Sunday, November 3. There are still a few spots left for this rally.

Our December rally is scheduled for Monday, December 2 – Friday, December 6 and is being hosted by Tom & Sally Bernardi and Kat & Bruce Baker. This rally is presently full but there is a waiting list you can join.

The March rally is scheduled for Sunday, March 16-Wednesday, March 19 at the Paradise Oaks RV Resort in Bushnell, Florida. We are still looking for a host for this event at this time. We are also planning a February rally in the Ft. Myers area but there are no details to share currently.

Finally, Dawn & Dan Karwath are hosting a Newmar Luncheon the second Wednesday of each month at 11:30 am from November through April at the Golden Corral in Lakeland, Florida. This is open to all Newmar owners that are in the area during these cold winter months.
