Creede is a small mining town located in Southwestern CO and tucked into the San Juan mountains. It owes it existence to the mining of spectacular silver deposits and is known for popular attractions like the award winning Creede Repertory Theater, the Wheeler Geologic Area, the Last Chance Mine and Underground Mining Museum, North Clear Creek Falls, the Silver Thread Scenic Byway, and charming 1890’s storefronts.
After registering, call Genevieve at 719-658-2710 to make your reservation. You may also reserve online using the Group Code “02”. There is a 10% discount for our group, and the daily rate is $75 plus tax. They have reserved 25 sites for NKK with a deadline of Feb. 15, 2025. When you call, and if you’d like to be in the “resort side” of this park, let them know you are part of the NKK group so they can release a site from our group hold. The resort side cannot be reserved until after Feb 1 as owners have until then to decide if they want to be in the rental pool, or not. Expect to pay a much higher rate on the resort side. Also note, on their website, the specific rules for renting in the resort area of this RV park.
The rally fee range will likely be $275-$325 per coach, TBD when we have finalized our tours and meals and attendance numbers. Rick Haugen is planning some great activities for our participants so come and join us for a great 4 night event in the heart of CO mining country!
