Come join us on an incredible journey down “The Mother Road” as we celebrate 100 years of this wonderful highway! Our adventure begins at the start of the route in downtown Chicago and ends on the Santa Monica Pier. We’ll explore Route 66 in all 8 of the states it goes through—Illinois, Missouri, Kansas, Oklahoma, Texas, New Mexico, Arizona and California. We’ll eat at some great diners, drive-ins (and maybe a few dives) along with some wonderful 5-star restaurants & experiences as well. There will be lots of museums, neon signs, historical sites, quaint shops and more. There’s also lots of ice cream on the itinerary!

Even if you’ve traveled all of Route 66 before or just parts of it, we have thrown in some things that you’ve not done or seen. Communities along Route 66 are pulling out all the stops for this centennial celebration.  We look forward to this grand adventure as we cultivate new friendships with your fellow travelers along the way.  We look forward to seeing you on this once-in-a-lifetime, bucket list adventure!

We are offering a 10% discount to the first State/Provincial Director to register and a 5% discount to the first Chapter Officer to register.  To qualify you must be in office at least 6 months.  As a State/Provincial Director you must have held a rally in the past year or have it on the Kountry Klub schedule.  As a chapter officer it must be an active chapter with at least one rally held in the past year. You must identify yourself as such upon registering to receive the discount.

Cancellation Policy: Significant financial commitments are made in the planning for Special Events to secure reservations and services for the benefit our Members. To reduce the impact of cancellations on the Kountry Klub and fellow Members, the following Cancellation and Refund policy applies to all land-based Special Events and International Rallies.

Cancellation requests must be made in writing via email to the Kountry Klub Office at kountryklub@newmarcorp.com.

A $100.00 per person cancellation fee plus a portion of the event price will be charged anytime an event registration is cancelled.

• For reservations cancelled 150+ days prior to the start of the event, you will receive a full refund less a $100 per person cancellation fee.
• For reservations cancelled 149-90 days prior to the start of an event, you are responsible for 25% of the event price plus $100 per person cancellation fee.
• For reservations cancelled 89-30 days prior to the start of an event, you are responsible for 50% of the event price plus $100 per person cancellation fee.
• For reservations cancelled 29-15 days prior to the start of an event, you are responsible for 75% of the event price plus $100.00 per person cancellation fee.
• If cancellation is made less than 15 days prior to the start of an event, you are responsible for 100% of the event price and there will be no refund.
