We were out of state in September at a campground near Asheville, North Carolina where Mary attended a stitching retreat for a few days. She must have had a good time as she has booked a return visit on our way back from Florida in March. Another stop we have booked in March is at Gaffney, where we hope to get our dashboard A/C fixed. John normally does all the regular maintenance on our coach but has admitted defeat on this one.

So again, we are heading South after Thanksgiving to our regular park near Fort Myers. Still a lot to do around the house and a few more doctors to see, but we are getting there. One thing we have done recently is to schedule our chapter rally, which next year will be May 16-19. The rally will be at Watoga State Park near Marlinton, West Virginia. We plan to visit the Green Bank radio telescope and a museum or two in the area. Please call the park directly to make a reservation for a site close to Site 30. The number is 304-799-4087. West Virginia residents over 65 get a 50% discount, so make sure to ask for this or any other discount that you may qualify for. Hopefully this will be in the Klub Calendar by the time you read this.
