SUMMARY:Florida Pelicans Tampa SuperShow Chapter Rally
DESCRIPTION:Carl Webber\, from the Carolinas\, is now in charge of getting everyone parked and powered up. He has arranged for the Pelicans to park in the same U-shaped loop as we have in previous years. We have reserved the Newmar/North Trail Tent for Thursday\, January 18 at 5:00 pm. Your Florida Pelicans Klub will be hosting the “4th Annual Rib Fest” that evening in the tent. It will include Barbeque Ribs & Pulled Chicken. Members are asked to compliment the meal as follows: If your last name ends with A – K bring a Side Dish. If your name starts with L – Z please bring a Dessert to share. Doing this provides for such a great variety of dishes to choose from. Place setting will be provided\, but you’ll need to bring your own chair and non-alcoholic beverage. \nPlease plan on having your dish at the table by 5:30 pm as that is when the ribs will arrive. \nNon-Pelicans are welcome to attend. However\, there will be a nominal fee for the meal. The fee will be determined later (approximately $12 – $15) as we don’t have a final number from our caterer. It will be collected as you arrive at the tent. We had 87 folks in attendance last year. \nDuring the week the group can gather nightly at our loop for social time. We can also at that time determine which favorite restaurant we want to invade again. \nThe days are yours to shop for the next Newmar or find new things to load down your present coach. \nRally Fee: None to 2023/2024 Pelican Members – $15.00 per person for NON Pelican 2023/2024 Members  |  Pay upon arrival at Tent\nReservation Deadline: January 15\, 2024\nChecks Payable to: N/A\nMail Payment to: N/A – Pay upon arrival at Tent

DESCRIPTION:Join us for the Tampa SuperShow Rally. During this event we will be staying directly on the Florida State Fairgrounds. We will be in the same location as in past and will have our own efficient Newmar Parking Crew again this year. \nRally Fee Includes: \n\nFive (5) nights camping with 30 amp electric\nCoffee & Donuts four (4) mornings\nThree (3) nights of entertainment and refreshments (All entertainment provided by the Florida Trade Association in the Horse Arena area.)\nFree unlimited admission to the SuperShow every day.\nTram for the Newmar group\nOpportunity for service work by Newmar Techs\n\nRally Cost: (US Funds) \nRV with up to Two People:  $355.00\nEach Additional Guest:         $  45.00\nTotal amount due at time of booking. \nParking\nWe will once again break down our parking into two time frames and will take requests for either morning (8:00 am – 12:00 noon) or afternoon (1:00 pm – 4:00 pm) parking. If you arrive together\, we will try our best to park you together\, but in some cases due to sites available it may not be possible. \nService Work\nAs in the past Newmar will have their Service Techs at this event. Within your reservation packet will be a Service Request Form. Please complete and return it to the Service Department as soon as possible. \nNOTE: This event is dry camping. Be sure to arrive with full water tanks and empty holding tanks. \nAttention Klub Officers\nWe are offering a 10% discount to the first State/Provincial Director to register and a 5% discount to the first Chapter Officer to register. To qualify you must be in office at least 6 months. As a State/Provincial Director you must have held a rally in the past year or have one scheduled. As a chapter officer it must be an active chapter with at least one rally held in the past year. You must identify yourself as such upon registering to receive the discount. \nPlease also note that due to the increase of reservations and selling out earlier over the past several years\, this event will be open to members only. \n\nSOLD OUT – Please contact Klub office at kountryklub@newmarcorp.com / 877-639-5582 to be added to Standby List.
