We hope that you all enjoyed a wonderful winter wherever you chose to spend it, north or south. Spring is here, the motorhome is dewinterized and ready to roll out for our first adventure of the year to beautiful Whidbey Island overlooking Deception Pass and the San Juan Islands. April and May are such beautiful times of year here in Western Washington. The lovely daffodil and tulip fields of the Skagit Valley are always a great way to spend a day and get some great photographs.
We have our group of ten coaches that will be caravanning to the International Rally in Rock Springs all set and ready to go. We have two coaches from Oregon joining us, and we are excited for our adventure to begin. Our group will be volunteering for parking and other duties while we are there, so we hope to be seeing a lot of you around the Sweetwater Events Complex.
The International rally is a great way to not only catch up with friends and make new ones, but it’s a great place to view new coaches or learn more about your current coach. I took the RV Driving School course a few years back and learned more in two days than if I had been driving it for years. The assurance of knowing you can comfortably drive such a large vehicle is priceless. If you are planning to attend the International Rally, drop us an email so we know you are there and can look you up, newmarwastatedirector@gmail.com.
But before we leave for Rock Springs, we will be attending the Evergreen Aires Rally in Prosser Washington, May 22-26. Hope to see you there.
Blessings.
