Howdy y’all. It is spring in Texas, and we have been enjoying the beauty of nature with all the wildflowers. Unfortunately, we are also praying for rain to ease the danger of wild fires that have threatened and damaged so much of our beautiful state. We just left the KLSS Rally in Stonewall (Fredericksburg area). What a great event it was! The hosts (Vann’s, Nowlin’s, and Wagner’s) did a fabulous job. Game nights were unique….including a rousing game of toilet paper bowling, etc. and followed the next night with Family Feud hosted by President Ted Wagner. To say the least, we laughed a lot! We are also excited to welcome eight new couples who have joined the chapter. We want to welcome them by name: Ron & Patricia Bullock, Charles & Ana Pogue, Kirk & Cathy Wardwell, Randy & Susan Everett, Jamey & Joeena Davis, Craig & Brenda Stout, Bob & Bobbie Perkins and Dave & Heidi Lanford. On behalf of all of the chapter members, we welcome you and hope that you love this group as much as we do. We believe the chapter membership is now about 90 coaches and growing. Hurray!

We are on our way to the Region Three Rally and know that this will also be a great event. It is so good to be able to reconnect with friends we haven’t seen for a while. Thank you to all of our members who have stepped up and volunteered to help at the International Rally in July in Rock Springs, Wyoming. We understand that the “bosses” say we have enough volunteers to cover the needs. Thank you, thank you!

We hope that all of our members are getting a chance to get out in our fabulous coaches and enjoy this country. We are blessed beyond measure! Be safe and we hope to see you down the road.
