Allen & Natalie Jones (21339)
Oklahoma State Directors
Greetings. First, we would like to introduce ourselves as the new Oklahoma State Directors. We have some big shoes to fill following Bill & June. As we are just taking on the job, please see Lee & Nancy’s writeup below for our recent activities including our Christmas party. We would like to thank Lee & Nancy for the great job of organizing the Christmas party.
Just a little about ourselves. We purchased our first coach in 2016 and became active in the Oklahoma NKK chapter a few months later. Natalie is recently retired after 35 years at Midfirst Bank. Allen is still working for Guernsey as a Sr. mechanical engineer and project manager. We are both Oklahoma State University graduates and loyal followers of the various sports teams and a lot of our wardrobe and other “stuff” is (America’s Brightest) ORANGE.
Reminder that the Region Three Rally is coming up at the end of April. It will be in Durant, Oklahoma, at the Choctaw KOA. Watch for upcoming information from Larry & Patsy Wood. Also coming up this summer is the 36th annual International Rally in Rock Springs, Wyoming. Region Three’s responsibility for this year is parking and registration. So, if you are planning to attend, please consider volunteering. If you are interested, please contact Larry & Patsy Wood.
We are looking at scheduling a fall rally for the middle of October. Dates, locations, and activities are to be determined. Since this is our first rally to plan, we are definitely looking for suggestions and volunteers.
We are looking forward to seeing everyone at future events. Safe travels! We can be reached at: Allen Jones: osuallen1@gmail.com 405-812-3150. Natalie Jones: osunat1@gmail.com 405-812-3152.

Okie Kountry Klub (Past Presidents)
Welcome Allen & Natalie Jones who have agreed to take over as our new Oklahoma State Director officers. These two people are awesome and are going to do an outstanding job. This will be our last article as we wait for the new chapter officers to be elected. The OKIE Chapter is strong and doing well with a great bunch of wonderful people that Lee and I have had the pleasure to meet. If you are interested, please get in touch with Larry Wood or myself and we will get you set up.
Our annual Christmas party was a huge success with a large turnout of 24 OKIE members. We were pleased to have our Region Directors Larry & Patsy Wood join us for the festivities. We enjoyed awesome food served by hardworking staff at our local Charleston’s Restaurant. We played Dirty Santa with some very interesting gifts. The most stolen gift was a battery-operated reindeer that wobbled back and forth.
I know some of you are getting your coaches ready for the winter, putting them away; and some are heading south. Wherever your travels take you in these coming months, may God Bless you and keep you safe. As far as the Allens go, we are waiting for Wade’s RV to put a new refrigerator in our Dutch Star. Then we are headed to Port Aransas for the month of January, staying at Gulf Waters.
