Greetings from Kansas. It is with a sad heart we announce the passing of Ron Flaherty (3365-L) on August 18, 2021. Ron & Nancy (3365L) have been active members in the Kansas Kountry Sunflowers and he will be greatly missed. Our prayers and thoughts are with Nancy and their children.

The 35th International 2021 Rally in Lewisburg, West Virginia was impressive. Everyone came ready to learn and visit with the vendors. If you haven’t been to an International, 2022 should be your year.

The officers of the Sunflower Kountry Klub had a pop-up rally August 19-22 in Chapman, Kansas. Every Sunflower member was personally called and all but one spot of our quota at Chapman RV Park was filled. A 2022 Sunflower Kountry schedule was started and dates picked. Once the details are finalized, it will be posted, emailed or copies provided to members at the Drive-In in October.

The Sunflower Kountry Drive-In for this year is October 16, 2021 at the Hays House, 112 Main St., Council Grove, KS at 1:00 pm. Reservations are required one week prior to the Drive-In. Contact Sherry & Larry DeWitt (11440L) for reservations.
