Hello to all NKK members, especially those who live in the great state of Michigan! What a JOY it’s been to see all of you again at our NKK rallies! Please join us for two additional Michigan rallies shown below! For details, check out the Newmar Kountry Klub Events website.

August 9-13, Michigan State Rally, KOA Detroit/Ann Arbor, Ypsilanti, Michigan. Eighteen sites are being held until June 1. We personally look forward to the Greenfield Village Tour with a renewed focus. We toured the Edison and Ford Winter Estates in Fort Myers, Florida this last winter. Thomas Edison, Henry Ford, Harvey Firestone, and John Burroughs were good friends and often went exploring and camping together throughout the United States. At the 1929 dedication of Henry Ford’s Greenfield Village, originally known as the Thomas Edison Institute, Thomas Edison’s speech included “…As to Henry Ford, words are inadequate to express my feelings. I can only say to you that, in the fullest and richest meaning of the term – he is my friend. …”. I love this quote as Paul & I are blessed with many friends – several that we have met through the Newmar Kountry Klub which we are so thankful for.

September 7-10, Fall Michigan Great Lakers/ Michigan Aire Kampers Joint Chapter Rally, Wild Cherry RV Resort, Lake Leelanau, Michigan. Fifteen concrete pad sites are being held until July 1. We are having great fun planning this rally! We’ve talked with several local residents and are compiling the best places to see and eat along with several activities to experience. Please join us!
