Region Seven Directors
Greetings from Region Seven! Spring and summer have finally arrived! The “Snow Birds” are home and ready to roll into rally season. Region Seven has many rallies scheduled, and we hope our members and especially our new members have signed up to experience all the fun there is in attending a Newmar rally!
The International Rally in Rock Springs, Wyoming, July 16-23, is just around the corner, and we hope to see many of you there! As most of you know it will be our last International Rally as your Region Seven Directors. We are stepping down effective August 31. It has been nine years since we accepted the position and so glad we did. It has been a challenging experience but a rewarding one! Our region has grown in membership, and with the help of our State Directors and Chapter Presidents, Region Seven is proud to boast three new chapters. Our region is sound thanks to our State Directors and their chapters. Our new Region Seven Directors have yet to be appointed, but we will mentor them in any way we can as they accept and enter this position.
We will be headed to Alaska after International. It’s been in the planning for some time. Another check off on the “Bucket List.” We will be sharing our “Alaska” experience with Wayne & Sue Burke, Pennsylvania State Directors, and Paul & Marci Fegley, Pennsylvania chapter members. Once back in the lower 48, our plans are to travel the west coast, attend Quartzsite, and winter in Arizona. It will be a trip so worth waiting for! Our own “Little Mini Caravan”! Will fill you in on our adventure!
We would like to thank all our International Directors, Region Directors, State Directors, Chapter Officers, and region members along the way for all their support and help in making our experience as your Region Seven Directors a memorable one. A special thank you goes out to Linda Feece and DeAnn LaMaine in the Klub office for all their help. Don’t know what our Klub would do without them. Thank You!
