We are writing this on Christmas Eve morning, which we hope each and every one of you had a Blessed Christmas and have a Happy, Healthy New Year!

Speaking of healthy, we got to Florida the last week of October and hit the ground running planting palms, shrubs, pressure washing curbing and giving curbing two coats of paint and then adding lava rock and sod. Then came the appointment with the surgeon. He verified I tore the meniscus on my left knee on both sides so surgery was December 5th and then came the blood clots. Wow they are painful. Now physical therapy for four to six weeks. All will be fine in the end. Sue was a great 24/7 nurse through all of this.

As this is written we look forward to seeing a lot of our friends at the Tampa RV Show with the Newmar group and then we are looking forward to being a part of the Florida State Rally with Greg & Margie Harrop in April. They always put on a great rally.

The West Penn Travelers have already scheduled their rally 2022. It is going to be a Pittsburg Rally hosted by Paul & Joan Robbins. The dates are Monday, June 6th-Friday, June 10th at Fox Den Acres Campground. This is going to be a big and busy rally which will include tour of Fort Ligonier, tour of Carrie Blast Furnace, Bubushka and Hard Hat lunch at Pump House, Boat tour of the 3 Rivers and much more. It will be listed on the Klub Calendar for more information.

Penns Friends has scheduled their next rally for September 21-25, in Hershey, Pennsylvania. This will be at the Hershey Road Campground and we are limited to 17 sites. The agenda is just now being set up, but you know Hershey is the Chocolate Capital of the World so you can count on that being part of it. There will be more information to come in the next issue on this rally.

We look forward to the year 2022 being a more positive year filled with many more activities and rallies than 2020 & 2021. Keep a smile on your face and the shiny side up and hopefully our paths will cross sometime between now and Wyoming!
