The New York State Rally at Swan Bay RV Resort in the Thousand Islands was a wonderful gathering. We were blessed to kick off the 2022 rally season with sunshine and 80o weather, rather than the cold and snow that upstate New York can experience at that time of year. Thanks to all who attended and helped out. We welcomed Chuck & Sue Bartlett of Maryland, new owners of an ‘07 Kountry Star. Despite mechanical problems en route, they were able to join us for their first NKK rally. Thanks to Ernie & Joan Griswold of the Lakers for sharing their adventures, wisdom and humor. Seeing the ocean-going ships pass by on the St. Lawrence was a thrill, especially from our vantage point on the deck of the restaurant in nearby Clayton.
