Really enjoying getting to write an update based on normal activities. We had our first rally with fully vaccinated attendees. May is always the first month we can hold rallies in New York so it is usually great to catch up with everyone after a long winter, especially for those of us who travel south for the winter and miss the luncheons held for those staying up north. This year was so much more special when we could get more people to the rally and greet each other with hugs. Attendance was good and many stories were shared. 

During and after a delicious Saturday meal prepared by our hosts, Chris & Bill, we had a guest entertainer. John & Lindy’s son (stage name Johnny Matrix) played for about an hour and a half. He even composed a song just for us. It was titled the Newmar Blues and was based on some miss-adventures while traveling with his parents. First time we have had entrainment at a rally and it was well received. 

We are just getting ready for our June rally in the Niagara Falls area as this is written. Beautiful area to visit with forts, wineries, gardens and of course a couple of spectacular water falls. Our chapter VP, Captain Paul Mayer, will be taking a few of our campers on a fishing charter.
