As spring approaches, it is time to plan our summer RV activities. Hope everyone had a great holiday season and many have had the opportunity to get away from the snow for a while.

Two rallies are planned for the coming year in Colorado. The Krusin’ Aires will host the first in Ft. Collins KOA Lakeside in June, starting on the 13th and departing the 16th. The State Rally will be held in Colorado Springs at the KOA Holiday starting September 15 and departing the 19th. Sign-ups for the state rally should be made by April 30 to ensure a space.

All NKK rallies are now posted on the NKK website at newmarkountryklub.com/events. Scroll down chronologically to our rally and digitally sign the disclaimer to register with NKK. We will receive a notice you have registered. You must be on the NKK list in addition to making your own reservations with the KOA.

There are many things to do and see in the Colorado Springs area. For example, there is Pikes Peak, the Flying W Ranch (dinner), the Olympic Training Center and the new Olympic Museum, Garden of the Gods, Cave of the Winds, Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, Will Rogers Shrine and Seven Falls among others. For full day adventures the Royal Gorge or Cripple Creek are available.
