We had our big trip planned for this year only to find out our Alaska Caravan is cancelled – so disappointed. But we’re regrouping and working on a new plan. A change of plans, big or small, is really not an unusual occurrence – at least not for us – so we must be adaptable and work around the issues that crop up. Sometimes they’re big like a cancellation of a Caravan or they can be smaller like a weather issue (although some of those can be pretty big issues!). Either which way, plans must be redrawn. As disappointing and troublesome as it is at the time, it usually works out in the long run. We now have adjusted and are very excited about checking out the Canadian Northwest Territories, Saskatchewan and Manitoba! Yahoo…virgin road for us.

We’ll be in Rock Springs, Wyoming for the International Rally; as Californians we’ll probably never be any closer to the International Rally again.
