California 49ers – Presidents
As I write this at the end of December I am reflecting on the past year. Was it better than 2020? Yes it was! We were able to get out in our coach and visit with many friends that we had not seen in a while.
Starting in April we attended the California State Rally, took several trips to the coast including Pismo Beach and Monterey. We ended the year going to the California Golden Bears Rally in Jackson, the Arizona State Rally, the Region One Rally, and the Nevada State Rally.
If you have not attended a Newmar rally in the past, a good new year’s resolution would be to sign up for one in 2022. (Yes, I know it will be February/March as you read this.) The people you will meet will be just like you! They love to travel to different places. They are friendly and outgoing and love to have a good time and enjoy the outdoors. I look forward to seeing some of you at future rallies. If you have any questions about attending a rally, don’t hesitate to call the Chapter Presidents or just give us a call.
This year looks to be even busier. We plan to start the year out by going to Quartzsite, Arizona to attend our first Gathering in the Desert. In February we plan to attend the California State Rally, and March is the Golden Aires Rally. In April, we are hosting the California 49er Chapter Rally in Monterey, California. Our next BIG adventure is traveling to Rock Springs, Wyoming in July for our first International Rally followed by the Taste of the West Caravan. We should return with enough time to reacquaint ourselves with our home before we head to Jackson, California for the California Golden Bears Rally.
Don’t forget to go online to the Newmar Kountry Klub website and sign up to attend the California 49ers Rally in beautiful Monterey, California from April 24-28. As I write this we are sold out. Don’t despair, because as we all know “life happens” so there is a waiting list. We have already contacted more than half of those on the waiting list.
