Arizona Sun Catchers – Presidents

Hello from sunny and warm, soon to be getting warmer, Arizona. As the newly elected chapter Presidents of the Arizona Sun Catchers, we would like to thank our retiring Presidents Jeff & Linda Leinwand for their leadership this past year. We wish them good luck and cheer in their new Idaho location.

At the election, John & Kathleen Behrens were reelected as Vice Presidents, and Duane & Sandy Frederiksen as Secretaries. Jim & Linda Hamann are our newly elected Treasurers. We look forward to working with this fun and energetic group.

There were fifty-seven attendees at our recent rally in Casa Grande including several Chapter Presidents, State Directors, and our Region One Directors. Our two outbound activities, tour of a large family-owned dairy farm and a visit to the Dwarf Car Museum, were well received. We also had a “Murder Mystery” themed dinner and most attendees dressed for the occasion. And “wow,” there were some real characters that enlivened the mystery.

Our Board is now actively considering locations for our 2023 rally. We expect it to be during the first week of April. In the meantime, stay safe and enjoy your travel adventures.
