I saw a sign the other day that said: Nobody made a greater mistake than he who did nothing because he could only do a little. – Edmund Burke. This rings so true with members of the Klub. We all may not be able to help in the same way, but during a rally or an event there is lots to do from heavy lifting to saying grace at dinnertime. Any help is always appreciated. And never think you can no longer help because of your age; you help by sharing your many years of experience and knowledge which brings so much, especially to new Newmar owners.
We just finished up the combined Region Nine, British Columbia Provincial and British Columbia Dogwood Klub Rally where we celebrated the Dogwood Klub’s 25th Anniversary. The rally was held at Canyon Hot Springs in British Columbia. We had three first timers attend the rally, which are always a welcome sight. Newmar members as far away as Manitoba attended.
As we write this the USA border remains closed to Canadians. Everyone we chat with is hoping they open soon so the snowbirds can head south.
