Another Snowbird season is winding down and it is time to start thinking about this year’s rallies.
We’re looking forward to 2020’s upcoming events with the Manitoba Krocus Klub. Unfortunately the first rally in May has been cancelled.
Also, there will be a Pop-Up Rally at Winnipeg Beach this fall. This information is that organizers have forwarded. Winnipeg Beach can’t be booked until April 6 when park reservations open. Everyone does their own booking. There is a Car show Saturday, September 19, and so you can reserve around that date. We usually book in Water Tower Campground and everyone tries to book sites close together. Some have friends or relatives come and it is not restricted to the Newmar brand. Everyone picks their own schedule as to what works for them. Some don’t stay for the car show. But if you enjoy car shows, you can plan your time around it.
Just a little Manitoba trivia to end this. The answer will be in the next Konnection issue. Manitoba has more than 100,000 lakes within its borders, with a few of them being of significant size. One lake, specifically, is the world’s 10th largest freshwater lake, and the third largest that is entirely within Canada’s borders. What is this lake’s name?
For more information on our rally you can go onto the Kountry Klub’s website to the Events page or e-mail: email@example.com
