Greetings from Minnesota, Land of 10,000 Frozen lakes. This is the time of year when we Minnesotans begin to experience what is referred to as “cabin fever,” a state characterized by anxiety, restlessness, and boredom arising from a long confinement or isolation indoors during the winter months. After being in a state of near hibernation for months, we are tired of being cooped up and long for more daylight, warmer temperatures and human interactions that are longer than the brief chat with the neighbors while shoveling the snow off our driveways.

Our thoughts turn once again to travel and rally season, and the fun we can look forward to. The Minnesota Loons first chapter rally of 2022 will take place May 9-12 at the St. Cloud Campground and RV Park. Please call the campground at 320-251-4463 to reserve your site and register for the rally on the Kountry Klub website. Plans are being finalized for a chapter rally in June. In July many will attend the International Rally in Rock Springs, Wyoming. We are planning our Minnesota State Rally in August, and the Region Four Rally will be in September. Please check the Kountry Klub calendar for additional details and rallies to participate in.
