Virginia Wheels – Presidents

We have been super busy the last few months. We picked up our new Dutch Star from NIRVC in Atlanta in mid-February. Then, we headed down to Florida for the winter, spent some time learning our new coach and building our punch list. We went back to NIRVC to drop the motorhome off for repairs. In between, we enjoyed warm weather, spent some time with some of our Virginia Wheels friends and our youngest son and his family over at Daytona Beach during spring break.

Our first rally as hosts is in the books and was a great success! We had 23 motorhomes and several first-time attendees. Gloria & I were thrilled that everyone had a good time and enjoyed Colonial Williamsburg. A big thank you to Tommy & Becky Rygiel, Nick & Margie Mangus, Mike & Tipper Bradford as members of the rally team that made this so successful and fun. Our next big event is the Virginia State Rally in June, and though we will be on our way to Alaska, we are sure there will be a great time had by all.

We will not be at the International Rally this year due to the conflict with our Alaska trip, but know that we will be with the Virginia Wheels in spirit. We hope everyone has a great time as we always look forward to the International Rallies. We are already planning for the 2023 in Sedalia. Please stay safe, and we look forward to seeing you on the road.
