Summer is here and hopefully everyone will be enjoying their beautiful Newmar. With the price of fuel hitting record highs, this summer should be a challenge for all. Hopefully the fuel issue is short lived especially with many of us heading to the great state of Wyoming for the Newmar International Rally.

We are looking forward to the International Rally. The Sea Turtles will have a group of 10 coaches going in early so we can be parked together. Even though Florida is 2,300 miles away, we have great representation at the International Rally. Truly an indication that the Florida members like to support Newmar and to gather for fun, food, and fellowship.

When we return home this fall, the Sea Turtles have a full schedule of Chapter Rallies. Starting in November for our Welcome Back Rally at the Ranch at Arcadia Palms RV Resort. Date is November 13-16.

December 8-11 will be the December Rally at Creekside RV Resort in Punta Gorda, Florida. Tentative activities consist of three (3) breakfasts, three (3) dinners, Babcock Ranch Ecological Tour, Sunset & Christmas Lights Tour, Military History Museum Tour, live band one (1) night, Babcock Town of the Future Tour. The Sea Turtles truly like to be active.

The February and March rallies are in the process of being planned. Keep checking the Newmar Kountry Klub website calendar to keep informed on upcoming events. This is a great way to find events across the country while you’re traveling.

The Newmar Owner’s Luncheon will resume the 2nd Wednesday of each month starting in December thru March at the Golden Corral at 4705 US Hwy 98 N, Lakeland FL 33809. Social and lunch is from 11:30 to 1:00.
