As a new owner, I am sure you are wondering why you would want to join this organization we call the Klub. I can tell you from experience, it was the best decision we made after our purchase of our Newmar back in 1992. Our first International was in Nappanee, Indiana in 1993. Experienced our first tornado sighting, had to get towed off our site due to the 6 inches of rain we got and met some of the most wonderful people that remained friends for a long time. We were smitten.
These gatherings we have experienced all over the US and Canada have opened our eyes; to new foods to enjoy, new sights to see and the diverse backgrounds and experiences of our fellow travelers.
This Klub that we belong to has afforded all of us the luxury of travel in our own homes, while enjoying the many wonders of our countries and the friendship of our fellow members. We are so very fortunate to have joined this Klub. Our lives have certainly been enriched to have been on this journey. We hope the journey continues for a while yet.
Our hope is that 2022 will turn out to be a better year. We are seeing Canadian purchases being made and hope that these new owners will take the opportunity to come and see what we are all about.
We hope that everyone is planning on attending the Muskoka Ramblers (Ontario) and the Aurum Kountry Travelers (New Brunswick) Chapter rallies in 2022. Planning dates should be May 27-29 for the Muskoka Ramblers and the end of June for the Aurum Kountry Travelers.
2022 International will be in Rock Springs Wyoming, July 16-23. Remember, all 50 amp full hookups are available at this new location for us. We are excited about getting back on the road again and travelling to a new location. We are eagerly anticipating seeing our old friends and meeting the new members.
Until next time……
