We will gather at The Ridge Outdoor Resort\, a luxury resort that boasts countless amenities: a spectacular club house\, multiple pools\, hot tub\, fitness center\, on-site deli\, dog park\, pickleball courts and large\, level concrete sites – some with fire pits. The Ridge is set in the Smoky Mountains offering easy access to endless activities in Sevierville\, Pigeon Forge\, Gatlinburg and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. You’ll find everything you could ever want\, all within a stone’s throw including: top notch shows and entertainment\, great food\, shopping\, golf\, spas and of course\, Dollywood! We have 140 sites reserved for the rally. \nThe rally includes three (3) breakfasts\, two (2) catered dinners\, one (1) dinner and show. We are also planning a wine and cheese social\, ice cream social\, Halloween costume contest\, on-site street market\, card bingo and more. We’ll cap-off our rally with a farewell dinner and a great show. \nNewmar is sending service writers and technicians to work on our coach issues. We will have multiple vendors on site to include the Kountry Klub Retail Store. We’ll also have trainers from our chassis manufactures (Camp Freightliner and Spartan University) who will give educational seminars. The Region\, State/Provincial\, and Chapter Rally Cancellation Policy is as follows. 1. 2. 3. 4. An administrative fee of $10/person will be charged for all cancellations. This fee covers costs associated with processing rally registration. Members who register for a rally and then: For whatever reason\, cancel a minimum of 35 days prior to the start of the rally will receive a full refund\, less an administrative fee of $10/person. Cancellations 34 to 8 days prior to the start of a rally will be charged for any non-refundable commitments made on their behalf in addition to the $10/person fee. Cancel 7 or less days prior to the start of a rally will receive no refund on any portion of the rally fee paid. All refunds will be made at the conclusion of the rally. Members who register for a rally and do not advise the Hosts that they will not be attending will receive no refund. Please note: Planning any rally requires long-term organization. Many service providers require non-refundable financial commitments. Because these deposits and financial commitments are often made well in advance of any rally\, this policy becomes a necessity.
