There will be a visit from a local celebrity and\, hold on to your hats (which we will supply)\, LLAMMAS! (Note: these are hand-raised llamas\, they do not spit). But wait\, there’s more! you will get discounts at many of the local stores\, plus you’ll get rally badges! \nI know you want to sign up and send your check to Carl Webber to hold your place\, BUT\, what if your plans change and you won’t be able to make it? An administrative fee of $10/person will be charged for all cancellations. This fee\ncovers costs associated with processing rally registration.\n2. Members who register for a rally and then:\n For whatever reason\, cancel a minimum of 35 days prior to the start of the\nrally will receive a full refund\, less an administrative fee of $10/person.\n Cancellations 34 to 8 days prior to the start of a rally will be charged for\nany non-refundable commitments made on their behalf in addition to the\n$10/person fee.\n Cancel 7 or less days prior to the start of a rally will receive\nno refund on any portion of the rally fee paid.\n3. All refunds will be made at the conclusion of the rally.\n4. Members who register for a rally and do not advise the Hosts that they will not be\nattending will receive no refund.\nPlease note: Planning any rally requires long-term organization. Many service providers\nrequire non-refundable financial commitments. Because these deposits and financial\ncommitments are often made well in advance of any rally\, this policy becomes a\nnecessity.
