Reservations will be accepted until July 1st\, but there are not guarantees of spaces after March 31st. Make your own reservations and mention the WV Newmar Kountry Klub. Sites are limited! We will travel to Beckley to tour the Exhibition Coal Mine. On the way back we will visit Tamarack which contains juried WV arts and crafts and a very good restaurant. We will also tour the Summit Bechtel Reserve which is the permanent 10\,000 acre site of the National Scout Jamboree. It is the new scout high adventure camp. Beth will be hosting her yearly WV style ramp dinner. Optional activities include the 3\,000 foot Zipline plus other shorter zips\, a canopy tour and white water rafting down the New River Gorge. You can also Visit the abandoned ghost coal town of Thurmond. There are several thrift shops and good restaurants in the area. The fee includes the coal mine tour\, lunch at the Scout Camp and the ramp dinner. The Region\, State/Provincial\, and Chapter Rally Cancellation Policy is as follows. 1. 2. 3. 4. An administrative fee of $10/person will be charged for all cancellations. This fee covers costs associated with processing rally registration. Members who register for a rally and then:    For whatever reason\, cancel a minimum of 35 days prior to the start of the rally will receive a full refund\, less an administrative fee of $10/person. Cancellations 34 to 8 days prior to the start of a rally will be charged for any non-refundable commitments made on their behalf in addition to the $10/person fee. Cancel 7 or less days prior to the start of a rally will receive no refund on any portion of the rally fee paid. All refunds will be made at the conclusion of the rally. Members who register for a rally and do not advise the Hosts that they will not be attending will receive no refund. Please note: Planning any rally requires long-term organization. Many service providers require non-refundable financial commitments. Because these deposits and financial commitments are often made well in advance of any rally\, this policy becomes a necessity.
